what methods of payment do you accept?
Utility:home accepts all electronic payments through PayPal. You can pay with your credit card through the PayPal site whether or not you have an account. Also, items paid by PayPal eChecks will ship after PayPal clears the funds (about 4-6 days). how secure is this store?

This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).

how is shipping calculated?
Shipping fees are added at checkout after you decide to buy the items in your shopping cart. You will be asked to add your zip code or location into the PayPal form, and the amounts will be calculated according to the price of the item and where it is going. If you have questions about our shipping rates, please contact us.
do I need a paypal account to purchase from this store?

Good news,NO, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.

do you do custom design?
absolutely! In need of wedding invitations, save-the-dates, birth announcements, pattern liscensing, personalized stationery, custom coasters? drop us a line at contact@utilityhome.com.

do you ship outside the US?
the post office is not thrilled about sending flammable items through the post so at the moment we only ship within the USA and canada.

how long until my items arrive?
Please allow 7-10 days for your order to arrive.

what type of shipping do you offer?
All items are shipped either USPS First Class Mail, Priority Mail, or UPS depending on size of package. We will send a confirmation email when your item has shipped. If you would like to receive your items faster, let us us and we'll find a quicker shipping method

what is your return/refund policy?
We offer a refund/return policy on the full price of the item if it is are unused and in saleable condition within two weeks of ship receipt. We do not refund shipping. We reserve the right to deny returns if the item has been used and is no longer in saleable condition.
